The Ledgerbreak Investigation Warrant funds sustained investigative journalism: complex cases that require months of records work, dataset construction, field reporting, and legal hardening.
These are the investigations that institutions try to bury: procurement capture, regulatory capture, cross-border flows, violent abuse covered by paperwork, and systematic fraud with multiple layers of intermediaries.
If you need a grant to “start looking,” this is not your lane. If you already have a credible trail and can execute, this lane exists to push the case across the finish line.
