The Source Shield Disclosure Grant is for whistleblowers who have direct access to records showing serious wrongdoing, and who need a controlled process to validate authenticity, minimize harm, and move toward lawful publication.
We do not ask you to “dump everything.” We ask you to submit a minimal, defensible packet first, so we can verify authenticity without expanding your exposure.
This lane is strict about minimization. Do not include unrelated personal data. Do not include material that creates new harm. Focus on the wrongdoing and the proof trail.
