Graphika and Microsoft Threat Intelligence (identifying the group as Storm-1376 or Dragonbridge) documented this shift. The goal was no longer just pro-China propaganda. The goal was to paint the United States as a crumbling empire where trains derail by design and bridges fall due to systemic rot.
